On a warm, breezy day, I’m thinking iced coffee. I’m actually a big tea and decaf coffee drinker, but I’ve stepped out a little and have gotten into black coffee since I’ve been intermittent fasting. Now that I’ve acquired the taste I’ve stared experimenting further, lol. I really do believe I’m in a lab when in my kitchen whipping up good eats or drinks. Today was bright and sunny with some nice winds. I wanted coffee, but didn’t want to burn up either so went with dabbling into iced coffee.
Here’s to the recipe…
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of ice
- 3/4 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- Splenda to taste
